Explain your activity level.
 Do you exercise a lot? Or a little? Why or why not?
# I exercise a good amount during the week because I have basketball practice , and I like to be outside and walk around , I walk my dog alot , im a pretty active person.

 What keeps you from being active?
Nothing , because im active most of the time.

What helps you stay motivated to exercise? Or what could motivate you?
Wanting to stay healthy keeps me motivated.

What do you want to learn about exercise from this module?
I want to learn about the different types of ways you could exercise to keep you healthy.
