Why did you chose this video?
# I chose this video because I love to play basketball, its a big part of my life, and has been for a long time.
How do you think this activity/exercise will keep you healthy and active?
# this will help me stay healthy and be active because when you do something you love its hard to stop, so I know i will stay motivated to play basketball.

 Do you exercise a lot? Or a little? Why or why not?
# I exercise a good amount during the week because I have basketball practice , and I like to be outside and walk around , I walk my dog alot , im a pretty active person.

Nothing , because im active most of the time.

The website that i found to track nutrition is http://www.myfitnesspal.com/nutrition-facts-calories/tracker , i want to use this particular website because all i have to do is search the food / drink that im eating / drinking and then write it down , its simple and easy to use .

Six recommendations to healthy eating c;

  1. WIDE variety of fruits and vegetables 
  2. sea food / NO processed meats
  3. WHOLE grains / NO half grains
  4. calcium - cheeses , yogurt , low fat
  5. limited salt and no added sugar 
  6. divide your plate into FOUR sections - fruits , grains , vegetables , and meats

What am I eating ?

  • WHAT I ATE YESTERDAY IS /.\ ...
  • Breakfast - eggs , sausage , chocolate milk ^__^  
  • Lunch - chicken nuggets , french fries , cherry kooliad ^o^
  • Dinner -Meatloaf , rolls , green beans , water :D

I feel as though that my diet is unbalanced because there are some days where I eat a little , then some alot , and then there are days when I dont eat at all. Yes , I think im eating enough , I dont eat TOO much though cause sometimes i get full fast. Something i would change is eating more helathy foods and being more active.

In your opinion, what is the most important thing you need to remember when you go in to an interview?
_ When entering an interview you want to show that you have confidence in yourself and that you can always bring something new to the table , its also important to try and impress the boss.

How should you prepare for an interview?
- To prepare for an interview you need to have all of your resume completed , you need a list of references , a list of skills you have , all of your background information should be filled out .

Describe your appearance.
- Your appearance should be presentable and first and foremost it should be PROFESSIONAL , therefore my appearance would probably be something simple like black dress pants with a blouse or dress shirt or a skirt and a blouse.

What are a couple of ways you can follow up the interview?
_ ways you can follow up on your interview are ,
you can write a follow-up thank you letter , or you can call maybe a couple of days later and see where the process of your resume is .
