Six recommendations to healthy eating c;

  1. WIDE variety of fruits and vegetables 
  2. sea food / NO processed meats
  3. WHOLE grains / NO half grains
  4. calcium - cheeses , yogurt , low fat
  5. limited salt and no added sugar 
  6. divide your plate into FOUR sections - fruits , grains , vegetables , and meats
